Well Visits

One of the best ways for pet owners to increase the quality and longevity of their pet’s life is to get annual checkups.

Vaccinations

Diseases that vaccinations will shield our puppies and dogs from are dangerous, potentially deadly, and, thankfully, mostly preventable.

Spay/Neuter

Spaying or neutering your pet helps prevent dog and cat overpopulation that results in pet homelessness, as well as cancer, and other life threatening illnesses.

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy is a painless and quick alternative for pain management that does not require administering medicine. Most owners notice a difference after just one session.

Services

Dental Cleaning

Not always apparent to pet owners, periodontal disease can cause oral pain, infection, inflammation, and other health problems, decreasing the quality of life for these pets.

Emergency Care

Your Friends at Dacula Animal Hospital take pride in handling emergencies when patients cannot be seen by their normal veterinarian.

Dr. Neal DVM

Dr. Neal knew he wanted to be a Veterinarian at a very early age. His grandparents had a farm in West Tennessee and he always felt at peace helping them with the many animals that his grandparents took care of.  After graduation from high school and attending college in Mississippi at Alcorn State University he obtained his DVM degree from Tuskegee School of Veterinary Medicine in 2004.
Immediately after Tuskegee, Dr. Neal practiced Small Animal, Emergency and some shelter Medicine in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dr. Neal eventually relocated to Georgia and has worked at several different places in the Atlanta Metro Area including Paws Atlanta, Atlanta Humane Society, and a few different Veterinary emergency rooms. Dr. Neal is currently a partner at The Village Vets Decatur Emergency Room.

Dr. Neal met Dr. Tim Montgomery and Mrs. Montgomery and worked as a relief Veterinarian on a few occasions.
Dr. Neal always dreamed of becoming  a practice owner and with the help of Dr. Montgomery and Mrs. Montgomery, that dream became true on November 8, 2022.

I am honored to serve the people and pets of Dacula, Winder, Auburn and surrounding areas.
Everyone has been very welcoming, it’s a blessing to be here!
